初一英语读书笔记 篇1

Recently, I read a great book,Childhood, which is written byGorky. It’s a novel based on the experiences of the author’s tragic childhood, telling the stories about the author between his three to ten years old. Aliocha has a bad childhood. His father and mother die in his early ages, so that he has to live with his great-grandparents. His great-grandfather is bad tempered and his uncles hate him very much. Great-grandmother is the only person who cherished him.

Besides, Aliocha also feel the pureness, friendship by his playmates. Through this book, we can see a poor, ugly society, but we also can see an adamant, compassionate little childwho constantly pursuits of good things in life. It’s hard to imagine how he can stick to the faith of life in such bad environment. As for us, we live in a much better environment; of course we should cherish our happiness and be strong to face difficulties in life.

On Sunday morning, I read a story. It called A foolish dog. The story was very interesting. I like it very much. It told: There is a dog. It has a larger piece of meat in his mouth, when he is walking on a small bridge, he looks down and see himself in the water. He thinks it is another dog. That dog has also a larger piece of meat in his mouth. He says to himself, "I want to get his meat." Then he opens the mouth to bark the dog in the water and his meat falls into the water.

From this story, I know a lot from it: when we had just started things,We should have more brains, keep a clear head. Do not assume. To better before doing things right that they have no advantage. So as not to the text of the little dog did nothing.

Dear students,Let us join hands,do not like what the dog did. Let us use wisdom to meet the new challenges!I’m ready for it, how about you. Let’s try, OK?

Jane Eyre is a first-person narrative of the title character, a small, plain-faced, intelligent and honest English orphan. The novel goes through five distinct stages: Jane's childhood at Gateshead, where she is abused by her aunt and cousins; her education at Lowood School, where she acquires friends and role models but also suffers privations; her time as the governess of Thornfield Manor, where she falls in love with her Byronic employer, Edward Rochester; her time with the Rivers family at Marsh's End (or Moor House) and Morton, where her cold clergyman-cousin St John Rivers proposes to her; and her reunion with and marriage to her beloved Rochester at his house of Ferndean. Partly autobiographical, the novel abounds with social criticism and sinister gothic elements.

In a lonely island overcome Robinson was done with fear, a savage and said he was "on Friday, they get along with each other, then built on Friday, Crusoe one kind of warm friendship."
