大家好！十分荣幸今天能够坐在这里和大家一起交流班主任工作，首先要感谢领导给与我这次难得的机会，其次还要感谢一年级这个温暖的集体对我的支持和鼓励。本着学习的原则，借用这次难得的机会，把自己担任班主任工作以来的心得和体会向各位领导和教师们作个汇报。
今年我与一年级六班的孩子们组成了一个温馨的大家庭，看着这些初出茅庐的小朋友们，我感受到了自己肩上沉甸甸的责任。他们天真无邪，充满好奇心，喜欢探索新事物，同时也淘气爱撒娇，容易受挫折。针对孩子们的这些特点，我决定充分利用幼儿园到小学过渡的关键时期，培养他们各种良好行为习惯。总结起来，我采取了以下几个措施：
1、低要求。
一年级的孩子因为年龄小，口头表达能力和理解能力较差。对他们进行教育最适合采取循序渐进的方式，并且设定的目标起点要低。只有耐心地站在学生的角度，设身处地地考虑学生的承受和掌握情况，他们才能稳步前进，树立起自信心和良好的'行为习惯。比如，当学生刚入学时，他们可能还不懂得如何完成作业。为了克服学生对做作业的恐惧情绪，为之后养成良好作业习惯打下基础，我会布置较少的作业。在课堂上，我会留出足够的时间让学生抄写作业。而在向学生解释作业要求之后，我会做一个范例，并只提两个小要求：一是做作业时不讲话，二是不玩耍。只要学生能够做到这些，就可以被视为认真完成作业的好孩子。通过降低要求，学生很容易获得满足感和成就感。等到学生达到了这个要求，再提出新的要求，以此为学习设置台阶，使学生不断进步。
2、巧训练。
提出了一些细小的要求，如果不进行扎实有效的训练，等于是空话一句。由于孩子们年龄小人又多，所以对他们的训练，方法要多样。记得薛瑞平教师说过：“优美的音乐，能在潜移默化中，将孩子的心灵导向宁静优雅。有时在打完预备铃后学生们仍然大吵大闹，我就会播放一小段轻音乐，慢慢的教室静了下来，连最闹的孩子也能乖乖的做好了。上了课，为了促使学生们能在这40分钟内专心听讲，我就常常用接儿歌的形式提高他们的注意力，我说前半句，他们接后半句，大眼睛往前看，小耳朵竖起来，小手指伸出来等等都是我们一年级教师常用的儿歌。当然良好行为习惯的养成也离不开严格的训练，为了强化学生们的路队纪律，我要求学生做到不说话、不推人、不拉人，人站正、队排直。如果有一位学生没做到，我就重新排，不管重排几次直到符合要求为止。虽然刚开始时花得时间多，但经过这样几次三番的强化教育，行为要求已深入学生心田，并化为自觉行为，良好习惯也就慢慢养成了，效率也就提高了。
3、勤检查。
孩子们持久性差，自制力薄弱，容易出现循环往复的现象。因此，检查是督促学生长久做好一项事情的良方。平时我对于提出的要求总会勤于检查。良好习惯的培养涉及的内容很多，有学习习惯的培养、有行为习惯的培养，有劳动习惯的培养，还有文明习惯和卫生习惯的培养等等，如果这么多的内容都由我来检查的话是不现实的，再说时间也不允许。为此，平时我大胆任用小干部，采取轮流值班制并明确分工职责，每位小干部负责检查一个项目，如卫生委员负责检查教室环境卫生，课间监督员负责检查课间安全游戏，执勤班长负责检查听到铃声响到正式上课前的纪律，学习委员负责检查课前准备等。检查结果做好记录，及时通报，便于适时评价和前后对比。这样采用教师查和小干部查相结合，既锻炼了小干部，又有效地培养了学生自我管理的能力。
4、多鼓励。
苏霍姆林斯基曾说过：“教育应该小心翼翼地触摸那幼小的心灵。”给予学生表扬，让他们有被认可的机会，让他们欣赏自己，这将在他们幼小的心灵中点燃追求进步的火花。一年级的孩子尤其喜欢听到表扬。为了给予学生更多鼓励，我像用放大镜一样，寻找班上学生的优点。我的班级里有一个叫李翔宇的学生，他非常调皮，在课堂上经常插嘴，并爱与同学小声交谈，无论他坐在哪里，都很难保持安静。面对这样一个天真烂漫的孩子，我决定好好引导他改正这个不良习惯。通过观察，我发现李翔宇下课时非常热心，经常提醒同学不要跑，甚至帮忙捡起废纸。于是，在一堂课结束后，我特意表扬了他，让其他孩子向他学习，并在表扬榜上写下了他的名字。令我惊喜的是，整节课李翔宇一直坐得笔直，没有说过一句话。之后，我多次与他交谈并提出了我的期望。渐渐地，李翔宇不再那么调皮，变得越来越有责任心，现在他还成为了班级的卫生委员！
5、常示范。
一年级的学生天真活泼，对小学生活充满好奇，但他们明辨是非的能力较弱，有时不知道什么是对的，什么是错的。因此教育学生最直接最有效地方法就是示范。叶圣陶先生说：身教最为贵，知行不可分。我在要求学生不乱扔废纸时，就首先做到不乱扔废纸，要求小朋友们将普通话，我就率先讲普通话，再如有些同学读书姿势不正确，们对故事情有独钟，童话中的小动物，典型的英雄人物，神话人物等他们都有良好的习惯和品格，为了便于学习，激发兴趣，我常给学生讲一些生动幽默的故事，潜移默化中使学生的行为习我就请做得好的同学上台来做小教师当众读，其他同学向他学习。学生惯受到良好的熏陶。
总之，作为班主任，我们应该时刻坚持以下信念：尽管并非所有种子都能发芽，但只要我们播下去了，就会有发芽的可能性；尽管并非所有花朵都能结果，但只要它们开花了，就给我们带来了结果的希望；尽管并非所有辛苦都能带来收获，但如果我们不付出辛勤努力，就永远无法享受到成功的果实。
对于这些刚刚起步的孩子，不是一朝一夕，一个月，两个月就能看到结果。也不是只靠一个赏识的眼神，一句表扬的话语，一个温柔的微笑，就会有所收获，而是需要我们科学的教育，耐心的引导，不懈的坚持！

Sometimes we become complacent when it comes to recycling, but when you speak in terms of actual facts and figures that everybody can understand, people become much clearer about the problem.
We, as school students, can also join in recycling activities to protect the environment.
For example, our class set up a recycling center beside the back door, it is very useful.
It is used to collect the waste paper and plastic bottles.
In the past, our classmates used to throw all of these into the trashcan.
At the very beginning of this collecting activity, it was not so warm-welcomed.
Later, more and more people were influenced by the others and joined this collecting activity.
Gradually, all the students in our class form a good habit to protect the environment.

number three: take a good look at what's inside your own suitcase and why you put it there. so extroverts, maybe your suitcases are also full of books. or maybe they're full of champagne glasses or skydiving equipment. whatever it is, i hope you take these things out every chance you get and grace us with your energy and your joy. but introverts, you being you, you probably have the impulse to guard very carefully what's inside your own suitcase. and that's okay. but occasionally, just occasionally, i hope you will open up your suitcases for other people to see, because the world needs you and it needs the things you carry.

My Oscar Dream
On the night of March 1, the 76th Annual Academy Awards was shown on television. After watching it, I had a dream, a sudden wish, that some day, I could receive an Oscar award, or a nomination, for a movie I've made.
While I was schooling in Australia, my friends from school and I received a n assignment one day, "To make a ten to twenty minute movie on the topic of your choice." At the time, the trend was based around the popular Matrix movie trilogy, so that became our obvious choice.
Because our schedule was very tight, and it was a first time experience, we found it all very hard work, but when we released our production at school, it was worth it. After my friends and I showed the movie, we could not get from one end of the school to the other without getting congratulated about five or six times. We, especially I, were proud. We made a school-wide sensation.
From then on, I became obsessed with how to make movies and how filming is done. I just wanted to know about everyone and everything that has something to do with movies. I would watch a movie four to five times, just to find out how one camera angle, or special effect was produced. I found everything I watched quite amazing. I sometimes admired directors and producers of these films because the techniques they use are so smart. Their cleverness inspired me to make and act in movies.
When I become little bit older, I would like to attend a movie academy in Beijing or Shanghai, then America, or England, after some training and experience, I would like to make a movie, which will most likely be an action movie, which is my favorite kind of movie to watch.. If I am lucky, I hope I would get an Oscar Award for this movie. I think that would be quite a challenge, but it’s not impossible. For now, it’s back to watching movies over and over again for me!

一、 一封信
开学初，我分别给孩子们和家长们写了一封信。同时也收到很多热情洋溢的回信，在此一并表示感谢！
二、 两个做法：
1、让同学们在图画本上画出所学的英语，并且在全班进行展示。
2、每节课根据学生上课的表现，在成长树上进行盖章。
三、 三个指导思想：
1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
我曾经接到一位妈妈的微信，她说我家孩子的英语在班里是比较靠后的吧，我们觉得她对英语的学习兴趣不高有点着急了？想咨询一下您如何提高她的兴趣。
对于这个问题，我经过深入的思考，现答复如下：
1、我从来不给学生们进行排名，所以无所谓谁在班里比较靠前或者比较靠后，对于一年级的学生来说，如果某某的英语说得比较好，也许只是表示这些内容他已经在课外班学会了，在课堂上仅仅是展示而已；如果某某的英语说得还不够好，也并不说明他就差，因为他是刚刚接触，真正学会一定还是需要一个过程的。所以我从不给一年级的学生下判断，谁的英语学得好，谁的英语学得不好。他们还处于发展变化中，过早的贴上一个标签是不合适的。
2、关于英语学习兴趣的培养，的确是我们一年级英语教学中的一个重点，但是有一点我们也必须认识到：每个人的兴趣点是不一样的，每个人都有自己感兴趣的内容，也有自己不感兴趣的内容，成人如此，孩子也是如此，所以如果你觉得孩子的英语学习兴趣不高，不要过分着急，因为你的情绪，孩子会感知到，会让孩子产生一些不必要的负担。
关于培养孩子的英语学习兴趣，其实我在课堂上一直在做，例如学习和表演英语小故事，用画画的方式学习英语，在课堂上安排一些小游戏、看英语的动画片、发小奖贴等等，都是努力让英语学习变得更加有意思。但是尽管如此，班上还是会有学生告诉我：“老师，我就是不喜欢英语！”，那么，我只能退而求其次，至少不讨厌学英语吧！
您在家里，也可以想办法让英语变得有趣些，例如带孩子看一些英语原版的动画片，看一些有意思的英语绘本，或者见见外国人，甚至出国旅游，这些事情都可能会让孩子对英语产生兴趣。现在微信上还有一个“英语趣配音”的活动也不错，还有一些比较好的公众号，例如“小马读书”“小花生网”“典范英语”“小板牙”“喆妈公益阅读”等公众号，会推荐一些好的英语故事，也许会对孩子的兴趣培养有一些帮助，您可以努力地去做一些尝试。
2、树立学生学好英语的自信心。 ?
起始阶段的英语学习只要求孩子能听能说。由于孩子年领较小，在起始阶段时会有一个沉默期，进一步的听和说都需要一个过程。所以，对孩子在学习过程中出现的问题不要过分着急，不要强迫学生背单词、背句子。我在一个班级调查了孩子们头疼的事情，其中就有：“家长逼着我背单词，背长句子等！”这些超越孩子能力范围的事情，会让学生产生严重的挫败感，不利于后面的学习。对一时开不了口的孩子要从多听录音入手，在听录音的同时鼓励孩子模仿。
在人格发展理论中讲到这样一个观点：6-12岁的儿童的发展阶段是勤奋对自卑。处于这一阶段的儿童主要发展任务是体验成功带给他们的勤奋感，即对自己以及对自己的能力具有良好的感觉。失败则会带来消极的自我感觉，让儿童自卑。
所以希望家长们能对孩子少一些批评，多一些鼓励。前一段时间，学习四单元数字的时候，我就留了一个作业：让学生们倒着背诵10个数字。
绝大部分的学生都能倒背，但是还有几个孩子，背诵起来有些难度，这些孩子的家长都很着急，纷纷给我微信说：“我们一直督促孩子背，可还是不熟练！”“这两天一直在学习倒着背诵英语数字，在家我们也一直在教，但总是记不住，可能我们也有些着急。”“我们的孩子就属于每个数字都要正着默数，才能背出来的，但孩子已经尽力了！”
看了这些信息，我突然有些过意不去，因为孩子能正着数数字就可以了，我让他们倒着数，只是想训练孩子们的思维，没想到家长们特别负责，还可能因为孩子背不下来跟孩子急等。
于是我赶紧给这些家长回复：每天让孩子练练就可以了，不要强求，你急了，孩子可能就烦了。
其实，我还想说的是：每个孩子的学习都有自己的速度，在起步阶段，家长一定要有足够的耐心，甚至有的孩子还会有很长一段时间的沉默期，就如同等着一朵花开一样，我们也要等着孩子慢慢成长！ 从小给孩子树立学好英语的'信心，而不是打击他。
3、养成良好的英语学习习惯
在课堂上，要求学生认真听录音、模仿、大声朗读，在同学发言时可以不出声跟读以及同伴合作学习等。在家里，每天坚持听录音至少15-20分钟。鼓励孩子把当天在英语课上学到的内容用英语重复出来,并鼓励孩子在平时积极、大胆、大声开口说英语。
四、 五个要求：
1、单词：能够根据图片或实物说单词，不要求认读单词。
2、句子：能够听懂书中重点句子，不要求认读,能与他人进行简单的对话。
3、歌曲歌谣：能够熟练掌握几首自己喜欢的歌曲歌谣，其他的能够跟着音乐唱出关键词和句即可。
4、故事：能听懂并指图说出关键句子。不要求每句话都会说。
5、人物，在目录前面，要求能熟练叫出他们的名字。
上述要求是最低要求，您可以根据自己孩子的情况适当提高，但原则是孩子可以接受，比如您要求孩子背单词，孩子并不反感，您就可以这样做。
五、 补充说明:听读课
听读课现在分两部分内容，一部分是自然拼读，我们一年级本学期的教学目标是在歌谣中感知26个字母的发音，为将来的拼词，自主阅读绘本，默写单词打下优良的基础。
典范英语，我们当做练习自然拼读的绘本使用，也是让学生感知，对英语学习产生进一步的兴趣即可，学生们还不能做到完整地朗读。
六、评价方式：
形成性评价：
1、单词朗读
2、歌谣说唱
3、口语交际
4、故事表演
5、综合练习
每学完一个单元，我都会检查读单词、说句子的情况。对于有错的孩子，采用单独辅导的方式，确保无一人掉队，全都合格。

The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way our earth could be a better place to live in.

My future isn't a dream我的未来不是梦
As the song goes “ My future isn't a dream .” I love the song which brings me confidence when singing it every time . I believe that all our dreams can come true if we have courage to pursue them .When I was young my father always asked me what I would be in the future . Sometimes I found it very hard to give a certain reply . “ I want to be a doctor .” “ I want to be a teacher .” and “ I ’d like to be a scientist !” Many of these answers are perhaps very childish and ridiculous . How time flies! Who is able to give a definition to his future ? I know clearly that those high buildings are based on solid foundation . As a student , I should have a reasonable aim , and study hard . My goal is to enter the best university for further study after middle school . I know it’s hard work , and I ’ll come across many difficulties and frustrations . But no matter what they are , I’ll keep working on it and never give up . My teacher says there ’s only one kind of people that are truly successful : those who are brave enough to put up with hardships . Even if I won’t achieve the goal , I have no regrets for what I have done , for I have struggled for my life .
